HDR Photography can really show off your home
We use only HDR photography for all of our listings. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. The human eye can see a much higher dynamic range than a standard camera. This is why you will often see photography that is very high contrast and lacks detail in both the bright areas and shadow areas.
This is a very common problem with real estate photography. The inside of most homes have a very wide range of light, from bright windows, to heavy shadows throughout most rooms. To compensate for this we shoot multiple exposures to capture both the bright end of the room to the darker shadows in the room. With special software we combine all 9 images into 1 image thus creating much more even lighting througout the room.
The process also adds something extra. The abilty to add extra fine details, and somewhat of a mystical quality to the photo. This is another value added detail that we offer to your listing, at no extra cost to you.
In the sample below you will see a single exposure photograph of a bathroom, but when you rollover the image with your cursor, you will see the HDR version and notice how the details and clarity jump out at you!
